Therapy via Telehealth

I offer therapy sessions via Zoom making it easier to access support from the comfort, convenience and privacy of your own space.

Telehealth allows you to meet consistently, even on busy days or when you’re not feeling up to going out. Many clients find that being in a familiar environment helps them feel safer and more relaxed, especially when discussing difficult topics.

Some clients wonder if it’s possible to build the same level of connection and trust through a screen as it is in-person. I had this doubt myself before working via telehealth. Good therapy cannot exist without a feeling of presence and connection. It has been my experience that the same level of presence, connection, safety and trust can be experienced through telehealth as through in-person sessions. Indeed, clinical research has found equal effectiveness between telehealth sessions and in-person sessions.
